Lantana Design Studio is located in beautiful Prescott, Arizona nestled amongst the Sierra Prieta and Bradshaw mountain ranges in the open plains of Arizona’s Central Highlands.   Owner, Linda Hughes, has lifelong experience in building and design inspired by her father’s, uncle’s and grandfather’s businesses building custom homes in California.  “My favorite fragrance is that of freshly cut timber that permeates the jobsite.  That’s where I grew up and where I learned the importance of designing unique, creative and functional homes.  It’s truly my passion.” Stated Linda.

After marrying Keith Hughes, a builder and the owner of Hughes Building Company, Linda and Keith searched for the ideal small town to raise their children.  In 1994 they relocated to Prescott and have since designed and built over 300 homes in the area, along with many custom design projects.  A growing need for Linda’s expertise lead to the opening of Lantana Design Studio.
